Chibi request for my bro :icon2ndcitycrusader: who got 15 of the lyrics in "Guess the Lyrics" right. :D He wanted his DraGod OC Randy Havoc, chibi-style showing off his ice powers as he's half an Ice Dragon God. :D Hope I did the ice powers justice. I even tried my hand in a little vapor.
