Mei-Ling

Now this bad-ass broad here is Mei-Ling, the twin sister of Hsien-Ko. She's not much of a playable character in the series, she's mostly noticed as that piece of paper dangling from Hsien-Ko's hat. >.> I think she would have been an awesome character to play as. D: And just for the hell of it, I feel that her powers would or might revolve around fire.
